¨ MAINTENANCE OF BOOKS OF ACCOUNTS ON MONTHLY BASIS IN OUR OFFICE
1. The books of Accounts will be maintained in our office at Tally Software. You will provide all related information / documentation in our office on Monthly basis through Email, physically or any other mode.
2. We will inform to you regarding any missing data or records which may be required for the purpose of Accounting.
3. We will maintain your books of account for H.O and other Branch from April to March on Monthly basis.
4. GST Return will be prepare and filed on Monthly/Qtly basis ( as required)
5. TDS deduction on monthly basis and Return on Qtly basis.
6. Bank Reconciliation/ Any Other Reconciliation will be done on Monthly/ Qtly basis and detail will be provided to you as per your requirement.
7. Trial Balance will be provided on Monthly basis.
8. Profit and Loss Account and Balance Sheet will be Provided on Qtly basis and as and when required by the Management.
9. Any advice relate to accounts and Tax will be provided as and when required by you.
10. Any visit for your office of our staff conveyance charges will be as extra Cost.
11. It is suggested that you have to maintain your own records at your office for your convenience. We will be able to provide you the information only on monthly basis.
12. The monthly remuneration will be Rs 9,000/- P.M (Rupees Nine Thousand only) + GST (as applicable). TDS will be deducted as applicable. Bank detail are given below: -Bank Details for Payment
